Night Make Up
For a stronger, bolder but still age-appropriate look
My husband and I don’t often have a night out on our own, but when we do the first thing I get excited about is doing my MAKEUP!
Below I’ve listed some products that I add to my routine for a little more umph in my look – without crossing the line…you know that line between Sexy and well….looking like a mum trying to re-live those years when more makeup make was the merrier!

L’Oréal Paris Superliner Tattoo Signature liquid eyeliner
Especially when heading out at night, I do like a bolder eye, and I’ve stayed loyal to the below options.
When living in France, I fell in love with a different version of this product which for the life of me I cannot find here, so I’ve settled for this as a cost-effective alternative. This does have some great staying power, and creates beautiful eye definition, better than some higher-end brands I’ve used.

Modern Renaissance pallet
I am a creature of habit, so I tend to stay with the Modern Renaissance pallet,
**Remember… this palette contains colours that suit my eye colour and skin tone, however I do feel there are universal colours and tones within this pallet that will suit a lot of people. Colours to create definition in the crease line, and beautiful highlight colours for the inner corners and peaks of the brow.
3 - Eyebrows
HOURGLASS - Arch Brow Volumizing Fiber Gel
I’m starting to notice my eyebrows becoming sparser, so on the odd occasion I feel I need to fill in some gaps or would just like more definition, I dip into my makeup treasure box and select one of my favorite eyebrow Saviors, now, for years I’ve been using these two eyebrow products that I will swear by, and they are both by Hourglass, and both in the shade – Warm Brunette. Both products produce a beautiful natural look. (Definitely not for those who like the Lego Brow look!)

I have been a fan of this amazing product for years, even on days when I just wear powder, I love to layer a light swipe of Orgasmic beauty and power across my cheeks! It gives the most beautiful fresh glow.

HOURGLASS - Unreal High Shine Volumizing Lip Gloss
When going out, I like a glossy plump lip (with hydration of course) and I’ve really liked this beautiful lip gloss by hourglass, its not sticky, feels amazing and provides and beautifully natural colour with something more!
Plumping lip gloss provides a slick sheen of luxurious colour whilst hydrating and smoothing. Available in 18 shades in a range of extraordinary finishes: sheer shimmer, opaque shine and soft pearl.
Bolder Pout?
For those Queen Bees that really want to pack a punch with their pout – in my single days, I loved a strong solid RED matt lipstick, I still think it screams sexy and confident. Here are a couple of old photos of a self-makeover with my favorite red of all time (lipstick not wine, however I’m sure there was a glass of red in the background somewhere lol!)
